Wingdad services that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date/time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one hour of the selected service. These fees are used to compensate the Wingmom/dad assigned to your service for making themselves available.
Invoices are emailed to the account used to book the service and are due immediately. If the service spans multiple days, there may be multiple invoices created. Payments can be made through many options such as Credit Card, ACH processing, Venmo and Check. Invoices later than 5 days are subject to a 3.5% late fee.
Tips are always accepted and appreciated. Tips that are included when paying your invoice are subject to a service fee being taken out, so we prefer that you tip your Wingmom directly, through cash or an electronic pay app.

If a major medical emergency occurs and emergency personnel need to be dispatched, Wingmom is not responsible for any charges to the client or their family that may incur.
While engaged in a professional capacity or activity while caring for elderly or a member of a vulnerable population, Wingmom has a Duty to Report if they learn of facts that give reason to suspect that an individual has suffered any incident of abuse or neglect. This means they must report the suspected abuse or neglect to a designated agency. If you want more information about Wingmom’s Duty to Report, please reach out to a member of the Administrative team.
